Who is this 12-week program for?
Teenagers between the ages of 14-16 years
Young people who are beginners to strength training
Young athlete's who want to learn how to get strong and what it means to be strong.
During this program you will:
Become a stronger, more mobile and conditioned to cope with the demands of cricket and other chosen sports.
Reduce the likelihood of cricket and sports related injuries (lower back fractures and side strains)
Learn what it means to be a strong person and the work involved
Develop a winning mindset. Increased confidence, motivation, discipline and work ethic.
Program content:
3 x weekly S&C sessions delivered through TrainHeroic App.
In my opinion the best strength and conditioning app out there! Every workout has easy to follow instructions to ensure your success. TH will monitor your progress throughout the program.
1 x Weekly email + Ebook
These emails are full of useable motivation tips, education and evidence based practices to keep you on track during the 12 weeks. At the end of the 12 weeks I will collate all the emails and provide you with an ebook to keep.
3 x strength & conditioning workshops
The strength workshops are design to develop a deeper understanding of the strength movements in the 12-week program, giving you autonomy, confidence and independence over your own training. It's also a good opportunity to connect with other athletes that are on the 12 week program as well as be coached by myself for a few hours.

Location: The Tribe - Strength and Movement, Bibra Lake.
Workshop 1: Saturday 6th May - 10-12:30pm
Workshop 2: Saturday 10th June - 10-12:30pm
Workshop 3: Saturday 22nd July - 10-12:30pm
