Your expert guide in Mobility and Strength Training and founder of ONWARD Training.

So, who am I?

Lake District born I grew up outdoors - running the mountains, playing rugby in the sheeting rain and throwing shapes on the Judo mats.

I've played sport to a high level, competed in CrossFit multiple times and coached athletes for the best part of 20 years.

ONWARD was born out of a need to simplify strength and mobility training. To showcase different modalities of training that could complement any athlete's regime.

Impact on athletes

Through my e-books and training programs, athletes gain a deeper understanding of their bodies and how to optimise movement. They are equipped with the knowledge and tools to overcome limitations, enhance performance, and train safely. This comprehensive approach not only leads to improved athletic performance but also promotes long-term health and injury prevention.
