Onward Training Black program is designed to develop capacity across a broad range of strength and power domains for the everyday athlete looking to take their fitness to the next level.
This 12-week OTB program primary focus is to build strength and power by utilising the major functional lifts such as the - squats, deadlift, strict press, cleans and snatch. With a focus on not so traditional bodybuilding and accessory work that aims to protect the body longterm whilst developing mobility/flexibility.
The conditioning components in this particular 12 week program are designed in such a way to improve muscular endurance and aerobic capacity by exposing athletes to short, moderate and long form workouts.
