The Movement Fitness x Onward Training - Mobility+Strength Workshop
Saturday 11th July - 9:30am to 12:30pm.
Format: 75 mins for upper body & 75mins for lower body with a 30min break to grab a coffee & snack.
A practical workshop that is designed to complement your current training regime and will help to combat movement limitations in the upper or lower body. Maybe you are someone who feels like their overhead position when pressing a barbell is restricted or perhaps you are struggling to reach full depth when squatting or you just want to move better in general. Whatever it is that you are experiencing, working on your mobility could help.
Practicing mobility+strength training is critical to aid in reducing the likelihood of injury by improving body positions related to performance, lifestyle and longevity. The workshop will be fun, engaging and will aim to equip you with some skills and tools to help you navigate movement restrictions you may be experiencing to find better shapes for life.
